As you all may know, the National Trading Standards have advised that certain data needs to be added to all property listings.
We are working on each compulsory item one by one and have decided to release the council tax band information first. This is a new field within Lifesycle, once selected it will be sent to the portals and to your websites.
We have already been working with the portals so we know that this is working correctly but some of the websites may not notice the extra data that is being sent in the feed, so I strongly suggest that you advise your website people on the below:
The following custom field has been added to the BLM feed for all companies:
CUSTOM_FIELD_COUNCIL_TAX_BAND
This will be sent with the corresponding data in letter/alphabetical characters (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H)
