The whatsapp inbox page is a centralised place in Lifesycle where yu can access and manage all of your whatsapp conversations.
In order to send Whatsapp messages from Lifesycle, you MUST set up your payment method in Meta.
To access, go to the Communication Hub >> Whatsapp.
What you'll see:
Phone number selector (top-left dropdown): Choose which connected number you want to send from.
"+" button: Starts a new outbound conversation with a contact.
Inbox tabs: My Inbox (assigned to you) · Branch (your branch) · Company (all conversations).
Search bar: Find a specific contact or conversation by name or number.
Conversation list: Shows contact name, number, team label, last message preview, and timestamp.
Right panel — chat thread: Full message history with timestamps and delivery status ticks (sent / delivered / read).
Message input bar: Text field · emoji picker · template button (document icon) · send button (pink arrow).
24-hour timer (e.g. "23h 7m left"): Countdown showing how long the customer-initiated messaging window remains open.
How to use the inbox:
Navigate to Communication Hub › WhatsApp using the speech bubble icon in the left sidebar.
Select the correct phone number from the dropdown in the top-left.
Choose a tab: My Inbox for conversations assigned to you, Branch for your branch, Company for all.
Click any conversation in the list to open the full chat thread on the right.
Type your reply in the message bar and press the pink send arrow.
To start a new conversation, click the "+" button and select a contact.
To send a pre-approved template, click the document icon in the message bar and pick a template.
PLEASE NOTE:
24-hour window rule: You can only send free-form messages within 24 hours of the client's last inbound message. After that window expires, you must use an approved template.
Always check the timer: If the countdown has expired, click the document icon and send a template instead of typing a free-form reply.
