Lifesycle has the ability to send out a viewing feedback request email to the applicant the day after a viewing.
However this must be switched on in your automations.
Here is how to do that.
Go to marketing and autopilot >> automations.
Scroll down to the bottom, and ensure that the automation to send out viewing feedback requests automatically is switched to your preference.
We can also select which users receive a notification email once viewing feedback has been completed. To do this, again go to marketing and autopilot >> Automations, and scroll right down t the bottom. You will see an automation which reads 'When someone completes a Viewing Feedback form notify', and here you will select which users you wish to be notified when viewing feedback is completed. Make sure the tick is green if you want these notifications switched on.
