Lifesycle does not send out viewing confirmation automatically once a viewing has been created. When creating a viewing The 'Vendor has been confirmed' and 'Applicant has been confirmed' tick boxes do NOT send out viewing confirmation emails. They are simply a visual representation for people to see whether you have confirmed the viewing.
