Lifesycle makes adding a Market Appraisal easy! Follow these steps to create the appointment, send the reminder and, eventually, send the presentation itself.
1. Click the Calendar icon in your side menu. Here it is highlighted in magenta.
2. Click on the day you would like to schedule the appointment.
3. Select a time.
4. Choose MA Appointment
4. Title: It is automatically titled MA Appointment but can be edited to be more specific. If you do edit the title, we suggest adding the Client Name, the Street Address or Postal Code.
5. Branch and Valuer: You can easily choose what Branch and Valuer will be conducting this Market Appraisal.
6. Event Start Date: The date is automatically chosen based on what day you clicked on but you are able to edit this here. You also will change the time by clicking on the clock at the bottom of the calendar.
7. Duration: You can choose how long you expect to be at this appointment here.
8.Contact Details, Property Details and Discovery Questions
These sections can be filled out as you go through the call. As an example: You can ask for their name, then ask when they need to move or why they are selling and then ask for their email address.
Fill the details out on each section. Here are the required fields.
It is important to remember to save everything after you have filled out each section.

Send Appointment Reminder: After clicking Create Appointment, you will arrive on a new page with a summary of all that you have entered. on the far right, click the three dots, you then have options to send the Appointment Reminder to the contact, edit the appointment info, cancel the appointment and create the appraisal.
Send Quick SMS & Email - this will send the default text of the Appointment Reminder email and SMS
Send SMS & E-mail - this will allow you to edit the default text of the Appointment Reminder email and SMS
Choose which you would like to edit, make any edits you would like in the email and then send:
Important Note: Please do not edit anything inside the brackets, this is code and the information will be pulled from the information you entered into the Lifesycle system automatically.
You have created the Market Appraisal and sent the reminder to your client which means you are on your way to building a data-driven business!
We will notify you if they have not opened the email within 24 hours so that you can reach out to them to confirm they have received the email.
